Bilateral Relations with Luxembourg

The Maldives established diplomatic relations with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on 11 July 1988.

Ambassador of Maldives to the Kingdom Belgium and Head of the Mission to the European Union, H.E. Mr. Hassan Sobir, presented his Letters of Credence to the His Royal Highness Henri Albert Gabriel FĂ©lix Marie Guillaume, Grand Duke of Luxembourg as the Non-Resident Ambassador of Maldives to Luxembourg on 5 October 2020.

 

Maldives Diplomatic representatives previously accredited to Luxembourg

His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Shiaan, Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, resident in Belgium presented his Letter of Credence on 14 June 2017.

His Excellency Mr. Ali Hussain Didi, the first Ambassador of Maldives to Luxembourg, resident in Belgium, presented his Letter of Credence on 02 February 2012.
